Worldbuilder, shapeshifter, mythmaker. The Author, inspired by Akwaeke Emezi, moves between realities with ease, bending form and narrative to carve out new possibilities. Rooted in literary tradition but never bound by it, they embody the defiance of genre, the fluidity of self, and the radical power of storytelling.

Clad in warm, earthen tones, The Author carries stories in their bones—textured, layered, alive. Their locs, parted with precision, speak to a lineage of care and intention, a reminder that storytelling, like hair, is a practice of shaping, tending, and remaking.

Language shapes worlds. The Author refuses to be contained by any of them.
